Car rental for new drivers
If you are between 19 and 22 years old (with a driving licence obtained for at least a year and a day) you can rent with an additional daily cost. From the age of 23 there is no surcharge but only some limitations on vehicles. From the age of 25, you can choose other car groups from our fleet. At 30, you can also drive luxury vehicles. How much does it cost to hire a car in Milan?
Car rental in Milan is subject to rate changes depending on the period, the type of vehicle and the duration of the rental. To provide you with some reference information, let's take for example the renting for a day of a small car such as a small car (group B): off-peak season (October, November, January, February) from a minimum of € 10 to a maximum of € 25; midseason (December, March, April) from € 20 to € 35; peak season (May to September) from € 35 to € 50.

The ZTL in Milan
Mobility in Milan is governed by the current rules in Italy. It is useful to remember that, as in many Italian cities, also in Milan a traffic estriction is applied (ZTL or Limited Traffic Zone) for some areas of the centre (Area B and Area C).
The aim is to reduce CO2 polluting emissions in compliance with recent environmental directives. We suggest that you get informed in advance by consulting the Municipality of Milan's website, which is always updated on the latest traffic ordinances. The rules recognise free access to electric cars, which are not polluting in themselves, and the possibility of free parking in the spaces delimited by the blue stripes.
