Our agreements
Our agreements are divided into three different types based on discounts/benefits (no fixed rates). These agreements can be activated at no expense and with no binding obligations.

Agreement with direct debit at the premises
Who is it meant for?
Holders of VAT numbers and companies.
What's it for?
To book for yourself or your employees/collaborators without the need to present your credit card when you collect the vehicle. Any amount for the rental will be collected exclusively on the credit card given as a guarantee upon signing the agreement.
What does that involve?
A discount equal to 20% is applied exclusively to the base rate of the rental or to the official rate in force at the time of booking. It is mandatory to include Car Protection Plus or Super Gold Protection coverage, which eliminates / reduces damage/theft liability.
How do I activate it?
Through an online form on our website or an email request to business@sbc.it. The company/customer data will be created with a corresponding code that will be sent to the customer. Once the company code has been received, the customer can follow a step-by-step procedure to upload documents and credit cards to an encrypted online portal to be used as a rental guarantee.
How do you book?
Once the agreement has been activated, simply send an email to the Bookings Office (prenotazioni@sbc.it). You will need to indicate your company code (the code upon signing the agreement) and of course the data for your reservation. In response, the customer will obtain a quote with the discount agreement applied and coverage already included for their acceptance. If accepted, the cost will be immediately collected on the credit card placed as a guarantee.

Online agreement
Who is it meant for?
Holders of VAT numbers and companies.
What's it for?
To book for themselves or their employees/collaborators totally autonomously through the online booking form.
What does that involve?
A discount applied only to the base rate of the rental or to the official rate in force at the time of booking. There is a discount of 13% if you choose to pay for the rental upon collection of the car or 20% with online payment. The customer may insert any additional covers and/or accessories freely. The customer who holds the reservation must present a valid credit card in his name to our operators.
How do I activate it?
Through the online registration page on our website that automatically creates a business account on the portal.
How do you book?
Logging in as a company on our website and following these booking steps. The site will return the quotes with the discount already applied.

Agreement with discount code
Who is it meant for?
Associations, federations, clubs, working man's clubs, professional associations, large companies.
What's it for?
To book the car rental services totally autonomously through the online booking form applying a dedicated discount code.
What does that involve?
The creation of a dedicated discount code for your employees/members/associates.
This discount is applied exclusively to the base rate of the rental or the official rate in force at the time of booking. The customer may insert any additional covers and/or accessories freely. The customer who holds the reservation shall present a credit card in their name to our operators.
How do I activate it?
By request sent directly by email to business@sbc.it.The agreement will be formalised by email by signing an agreement submitted for signature.
Come si prenota?
By using the online booking form in our website, making sure you insert the discount code. The site will return the quotes with the discount already applied.

Agreement with travel agencies/hotels
Who is it meant for?
To all travel agencies and hotels.
What's it for?
To book car rental services in name and on behalf of your client. The reservation can be made completely independently, using the booking form on the site.
What does that involve?
The agency or hotels can book directly online with a dedicated rate, it will be discounted by 15% compared to the official base rate in effect at the time of booking. The confirmation of the booking will take place only after his prepayment.
Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a regular invoice for the amount paid.
In addition, as regards the documentation, two different vouchers will be issued:
- The first one for the agency / hotel with clear evidence of the price paid;
- The second one for the final customer, with the summary of the reservation excluding the cost paid.
Both vouchers will be sent automatically to the agency / hotels which will be able to forward the relative document to its client.
How do I activate it?
You must enter your personal data on the appropriate page to be automatically affiliated. You don’t need to wait for a confirmation email, you can proceed directly with the reservations.
How do you book?
By accessing directly on our site with your account created at the time of registration. The site will return the quotes already discounted.
